These Terms of Service govern your use of the MojiTrack mobile app and the devrel.dad website. By using either, you agree to these terms.
MojiTrack is a personal time-tracking tool designed to help you reflect on how you spend your time. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical, mental health, or therapeutic advice.
If you purchase a subscription, payments and billing are handled by Apple. Subscription management, cancellations, and refunds are subject to Apple’s policies.
Mentorship is educational and reflective in nature. I am not a therapist or medical provider, and mentorship is not a substitute for therapy, counseling, or medical treatment. If you are in crisis or need mental health support, please seek professional help.
Consulting services are provided under separate agreements that define scope, timelines, and deliverables.
All content on devrel.dad and within MojiTrack (including text, visuals, and branding) is owned by Chris Riley unless otherwise noted. You may not copy or redistribute content without permission.
The app and website may rely on third-party services (e.g., Apple, Google Analytics via Firebase, AdMob, HubSpot). Your use of those services is subject to their terms and policies.
MojiTrack and devrel.dad are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. I do not guarantee that the app or site will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or website.
I may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date will reflect the most recent changes. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
